A: Each Maintenance & Security subscription is charged on the 1st of each month. Depending on the date you have signed up, your first month’s charge will be prorated to cover from the day that you signed up to the end of that month. All future charges will be the full amount on the 1st of each month.
A: If we have successfully synced with your website you should see a “Thank you” message within the footer of your Admin Dashboard. We will also send you an email once we have completed our initial setup process.
A: In order to change your payment options simply navigate to Subscriptions. Once there click the “View” button of the subscription you would like to update & finally click the “Change Payment” button.
A: To ensure at least some security, all WordPress Installations that run on KronosLabs Shared Servers will have their WordPress Core code updated automatically 72 Hours after a Minor or Major release. All core updates for WordPress Installations not on KronosLabs Servers will be the responsibility of the owners of those Installations. All plugin & theme updates will be the responsibility of the site owner regardless if they are on KronosLabs Servers or not.
The WordPress core is well documented and tested prior to release giving the least possibility that an update will break an Installation. However, this does not mean that your website can not break or be rendered inaccessible do to an update & it will be the site owners responsibility to fix any issues that arise.
A: For your protection, all Credit Card #’s are stored on our gateway providers servers, NOT on KronosLabs servers.
